Mexico Vivo Fest is the Cinco de Mayo celebration organized by the mexican community in London. A market full of traditional food and activities fills Hackney Bridge during the first weekend of May.

In my poster I made a mix of a typical mariach scene of mexican culture set in the XXI century. The style of the layout, typography and color pays homage to the sonidero (mobile disco) posters that became commonplace in Mexico during the 80s, like Sonido La Changa or Polymarchs.
